Being down a work vehicle can be a pain for anyone, especially us as a small business. I was able to setup the initial diagnostic online and drop the vehicle off the night before. Ms. Sally, of Cottman, was very responsive and promptly reached out to me to set expectations. She made me aware of what I would be responsible for, and even went as far as to get us money back due to the Warranty’s mishap on my dedcutible. She kept me in the loop and was very very nice. They took our Van in on a Monday morning, recieved the Transmission on a Friday/Saturday, then had us back out working on Tuesday. Thanks to the enitre team at Cottman, and a very special thank you to Ms. Sally! Great customer service, and care, is a gem that we dont come across that often in the field. So, thanks for that!
