I made an appointment to drop my 2015 GMC Acadia off mid week. I described my problem to Ken who had some ideas what might be wrong and told me that they would get to it as soon as possible. Side note - most of his mechanics were out sick that week due to COVID, so he was a little behind. A few days passed when I got a call from his assistant telling me the mechanic had experienced the same issue and what they could do to remedy the situation. I agreed and gave them the "go-ahead" to do the work. The next day it was done, Ken called me and left a message. I thanked him for the back-forth communication and told him I'll pick it up the next day. I would definitely recommend this shop to a neighbor or a relative.

Valerie was very helpful in getting my engine replaced. She diligently worked hand in hand with the warranty company. She provided constant updates and was phenomenal with the whole process. I am very particular of where I take my car since it is a Mercedes, however, I’ve taken my car here several times and they always go a great job and offer reasonable prices. The customer service here is amazing! Highly recommend!
