Originally went online to setup an appointment to check a possible transmission fluid leak, have the filter and tansmissiin fluid replaced. Now as for the online you're suppose to wait to be contacted. After no call to confirm I placed a call. Got my appointment for the coming Thursday. I was able to drop off the day before. Vehicle was checked Thursday in a timely manner. Returned early that afternoon.

Took my 2018 Chevy Traverse to have regular maintenance work done. Four months later I had to replace the transmission. There was nothing wrong with the transmission when I took it there. do not take a new car to coxman they don't know what they're doing. When they called them they told me it would be 2weeks before they could look at it. I had been going to them every since they were located in Washington DC over 30 years ago

Excellent service and very professional staff. Brest of all are the prices. Just had another automotive company do work on my truck and have brought the truck back 3 times. Cottman transmission got it right the first time. I won’t make that mistake again.
