I absolutely love Cottman. Ken, Bill and the team are incredible. I've been a loyal customer for years because they are simply the best. Extremely good quality service, super friendly and honest staff and a very fair price. Started with my 100 Series Land Cruiser (when the dealerships didn't know what to do) and now they service the cars for my entire family. I (again) highly recommend Cottman in Waldorf.

Cottman is beyond AWESOME! They are very professional, and reliable, and their prices are very reasonable. We've tried several car repair companies within the area over several years, and no one compares to them. They really take their time in locating and resolving the issue to ensure it is fixed properly. They don’t drain your pockets and try to overcharge you. I really can't say anything negative about Cottman. They are always available when we need them, and they work diligently to fix your car for timely return. They really get to know their customers and their needs, and share in your concern. They even have a rewards program that I find useful. We will continue to take our cars to Cottman for their exceptional service. Bill, Ken and team are beyond exceptional, and we are so very thankful for their service.

I always feel that I am being well cared for at Cottman. I get frequent updates on the progress of service and recommendations are explained without to buy services I am not ready to commit to. It makes you want to return for service. And, I am not left with regret because my reason for coming in was addressed.

I had a great deal of work done here at Cottman, after being quoted an absurd price from another shop. The tech was really nice and the Mgr, Bill. They walked me through the process of what I needed on my car, made recommendations and got the work started and finished in less than 2 days without killing my pockets. I will be bringing my car back here for other repairs in the future. Thanks guys!
