I contacted Cottman Transmission reference an engine light being on. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Valerie and Miguel were great. They got me in and out within a couple of hours.

Val and her team were very pleasant, knowledgeable and gave recommendations as needed. I was very happy with the service provided. I would definitely encourage customers to check their shop out. Wonderful staff.

Do not take your car to this location. Valerie the "shop manager "is the meanest, rudest, nastiest person you ever want to encounter. She has poor communication skills, poor customer service and should not be helping customers anywhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The Manager Valorie doesn't understand that working in customer service, she needs to talk to people accordingly. I was calling to inquire about My Mom's vehicle and instead of replying with a generic answer, she says why don't I come and get the vehicle and hangs up the phone on me. She really lacks customer service. I suggest a class or two , it'll probably improve your business.

Valerie Ken and Cara are special they are a wonderful team and do a excellent job in each of their lanes it was a complete honor to choose Cottman to get my transmission issue resolved
