I went to Cottman Transmission because I was referred there. Also another business did bad work on my truck which put my family's safety at risk. Cottman identified that the gear selection cable for my trans was connected by wire (jimmy rigged) and the other shop even put the wrong dip stick in my truck which caused me to over fill my truck with Transmission fluid by two quarts. I am very grateful that Cottman Transmission is a honest and reputable business and they care about their customers.

I needed to get my vehicle inspected for new tags and all that with the MVA, but it was hard for me to come during the day because I’m a nurse and work full time. They let me come in at 7:30am and they were pretty quick. The waiting room was nice and spacious, and even had a coffee maker. I will definitely take my other vehicle back there and recommend this business to friends.
