Ken is a straight to the point no fluff type of guy that would seem brash over the phone...until you meet him..and find out that he's not only eagerly friendly but hes the owner. Bill is extremely patient & willing to answer all of your questions, despite their workload. I haven't met him yet but its clear that as the store manager he runs a tight ship with his expert technicians to give your vehicle top notch service.

Extremely nice! They were able to get me an appointment same day I called. Kept me informed throughout the day on what the problem was, price and when it was expected to be completed. Job was done in a timely manner. Would recommend.

My fuel gauge stopped working and needed to find out the cause. Ken and staff diagnosed and fixed the problem and I now know how much fuel I have. Good job Ken!

My car fell ill , I took it to Cottman for healing they took me in with no appointment and I was called sooner than later with the news I could now come and pick up my vehicle child. Unfortunately my finances took a turn for the worse temporarily. The staff there showed consideration and empathy with my situation and worked out a payment plan with me. I don’t know if they are aware of how much this one jester helped out my family. Car repairs can be expensive at Cottman I didn’t feel as though I was taken advantage of nor did I feel like just another customer. I would recommend this shop to any and all. Overall Great service. Thank you.
