I had a wonderful experience today at Cottman's. I did a walk in MD State Inspection and they had me in an out. While my car was being inspected, they made me comfortable in their guest area with a TV, comfortable seating and guest WIFI! I was able to work while my car was inspected. The entire experience from entering to the lovely smile of LaKeisha at the front desk to leaving out and speaking with Ken will have me telling all of my experience and recommending them.

Excellent customer service, efficient and excellent work. They are a great team and I recommend them to everyone.

Needs a state inspection for my new used car. Took it right away and said it would be about 1.5 hours. Sure enough right on time. Thank you.

I brought my car in at 8 AM, by 10 AM they called and said it was ready. Only costed me half of what another place tried to charge me. Car is running exactly how it should again. Very polite staff. I will definitely return for all my needs.

They very professional and went the extra mile with the Warranty company on my behalf, to make sure I got the best deal possible.kudos the Bill and the rest of the Cottman's team. Has a person in the service industry, I take pride in giving and receiving Excellent Service. Cottman's is just that.

The Waldorf shop was able to start looking at my van right away. I truly appreciate the extra effort to keep me informed as my transmission was diagnosed and repaired. The employees were all very attentive to me. Highly recommend!
