I am thankful i brought my 2003 van in for repairs. I had been taking my van in for all kinds of repairs and no one had pointed out to me the danger i was in, driving the vehicle. Machanic just made money off me and did n't care if i drove away and was killed. When i took my van to Cottman, i was showen the condition of the frame of my van it was a life changing morment. Both of my front wheels were only being held on by a thin peice of mental. Corrosion had eaten up my frame. My vehicle was unsafe to drive. Mind you , iam a disabled women with heavy equipment on the back of my van to carry my motorized scooter. I was shocked needless to say. I had to make up my mind what to do with my van. It took me a few days After i realized i was driving a accident ready to happned. I could have ended up rolling this van hurting myself and others. So iam please for the services i did get at Cottman. I came there to get inspection work done on my van. Cottman should have their own Credit card. I would take my cars there for all my repairs. The people i came in contact with were all professional and caring service personnel. I will revist. Even though it's a ways away from where i live .******** Thankful. Plus, as i said i was showen everything that need to be repaired, except the inside of the transmission. I was shocked at how bad the sensor was that need to be repaired. It had a huge hole in the box that held the sensor, plus it had burned through the box. Could have caused a fire. Oh my, my God.
We are thankful you brought us your van as well, Cleora, as it is always our absolute pleasure to serve those who need us; especially folks like you who so desperately rely on their vehicles to get around. Thank you for offering us the opportunity to serve you, and then for coming online to tell the world about your great experience! Gratefully, Cottman of Waldorf
